STRENGTHS:. Blake is able to mimic and replicate the powers of mutants around himself. This is strictly physical or psychic as it simply mimics the psychic energy outputs, genetic structure or mutant physiology that enable abilities in other people. He does not need to physically touch his subjects, nor does it appear as though his using an individual's powers subtracts at all from their own power level. He needs to be in close proximity to someone to exhibit their powers. This power is new to Blake so the limits of his abilities have yet to be reached or determined. 

WEAKNESS:

1.Despite the powers being replicated from others, the powers will still have every single limitation that the abilities would possibly possess, for example, Fire Manipulation is useless against Fire Immunity.

2. Just because Blake mimics a power does not mean he knows how to use it. He does not copy the skills from others, so he cannot use more than the basic aspects of a power without practice.

3. Blake cannot control what he copies, it is an immediate thing upon entering the vicinity of other mutants. Accumulation may cause a power overload if dealing with abilities that are more dangerous or powerful.

OVERALL. Blake is above average height and has an athletic build. He has brown skin and dark brown eyes. His hair is black and cut short. He has a strong jawline, that is usually kept clean cut. The few times when he's seen smiling, it is genuine and bright, but can sometimes insinuate that he's up to no good.

OVERALL. Blake is not a good person. But he isn't a bad person either. The only thing he seems to care about is his own survival and growth. The world can be burning down around him and he would not care unless it affects him in some way. He never aspired to be a hero, and he never got the urge to take over the world. But that does not exempt him from going to either side when the time comes. It's just about what whim he follows this time.

OVERALL. Blake was born in Macon under the most normal circumstances. His parents owned a drug store so his family was well known in the small town he grew up in. But while his sister was the popular one, he chose to play the background. Being vastly antisocial, he couldn't connect with anyone, so he chose instead to focus on himself.

It started with his mind. He was always seen reading books and finding out new information. Always updated with the latest news, his mind morphed into something that had grown callous to the things going on in the world. It was just facts. 

He grew up and went to college on a football scholarship. Moving to California, he majored in biology. For four years, he went there until his life changed. His mutant powers came. And now for the first time in a while, he has no idea what to do.
